Disney's
Coronado Springs Resort |
What's
that noise I hear? Buzz about the upcoming JNC?
Last month some of us had a chance to visit the conference
facility in Orlando to check out the meeting rooms,
hotel facilities, and other amenities at Disney's Coronado
Springs Resort. For those of you who haven't been to
Walt Disney World recently, you are in for a surprise.
From the Disney Magical Express (the coach from the
airport), to the check-in, to the service at the resort,
you won't be disappointed. We have reserved a JNC room
block with easy access to CPE sessions and resort eateries.
We'll be encouraging you to book your reservations early
in order to place yourself within that very convenient
room block.
Also, be on the lookout for an advance copy of the preliminary
CPE sessions to be posted on the website later this
month. Mark your calendars now for October 25th
27th. (I find that drawing a big set of Mickey Mouse
ears around the numbers of my October calendar makes
me smile! But then I'm a little partial to it, having
the same initials as the big mouse and all!).

NBC
10 Studios
Corner
of City Line and Monument Roads
Bala Cynwyd, PA 19131
Our
December Social Event is our presence at the live taping
of The 10!Show featuring Bill Henley and Lori Wilson.
20 free tickets have been reserved for ASWA members on
Friday, December 7, 2007. The
doors open at 10:00am and close at 10:25am - The show
is live from 11:00 'til noon.
A list of all ASWA members interested in attending must
be presented to the Audience Coordinator by October 31st.
If you are interest in attending, put in your request
now to Lori McKeage via email at seagem.llm@comcast.net.
Use that last personal day you've been saving for The
10!Show and holiday shopping. Following the show, we will
meet for lunch at The Olive Garden Restaurant. The restaurant
is only a block away! Then you can begin the shopping!
Remember there are only 20 tickets reserved, so it will
be on a first email, first serve basis. If there is an
immediate interest for more than 20 tickets, we will put
in a request to see if we can obtain more. The sooner
we have your responses the better the chances that everyone
can go! |
